Has a Community Strategic Plan (Shoalhaven 2035) and a Community Wellbeing Plan
These guide wellbeing, safety and inclusion. However, no visible LGBTIQA+ strategy,

Wollondilly Shire Council
Has a Community Strategic Plan, with a goal of a “safe, inclusive and resilient community”.
