This is currently the most developed and operational LGBTIQ+ strategy in NSW Government.

Vision is for a high‑quality, safe, inclusive and responsive healthcare for LGBTIQ+ people, informed by lived experience.

Strategic priorities include:
- Deliver inclusive, safe, responsive care across all NSW Health services.  
- Address the specific health needs of transgender and gender diverse people.  
- Address the specific health needs of intersex people.  
- Improve data collection on sexuality, gender, and intersex variations at point‑of‑care and population level.
